The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences provides guidelines and procedures for CLAS faculty, staff, and students. Developed by the Dean in consultation with College leadership, these documents address common questions and clarify CLAS-specific processes. 

They are intended to supplement [University by-laws](https://policy.uconn.edu/2011/05/17/by-laws-of-the-university-of-connecticut/); the [by-laws, rules, and regulations of the University Senate](https://policy.uconn.edu/2011/05/19/by-laws-rules-and-regulations-of-the-university-senate/); and relevant [University Human Resources policies and procedures](https://hr.uconn.edu/).
