## Modification of Duties

The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences follows the <u>[UConn policies and procedures articulated on the UConn Human Resources website](https://hr.uconn.edu/leaves-of-absence/)</u> under all circumstances related to leaves of absence. 

On January 1, 2024, the University implemented a <u>[Policy of Modified Duties for Faculty Due to Life Events](https://policy.uconn.edu/2023/12/19/modified-duties-for-faculty-due-to-life-events-policy-on/)</u> that applies to all CLAS faculty.
