Below, you’ll find an overview of the College’s award programs, along with links to eligibility requirements, nomination instructions, and additional information.  ## CLAS Faculty and Staff Awards  The [CLAS Faculty and Staff Awards](https://clas.uconn.edu/faculty-and-staff/awards/) recognize excellence in mentorship, service, leadership, and advancement of College and University strategic goals.  The annual call for nominations is typically announced at the start of the spring semester. Faculty and staff may nominate colleagues or self-nominate for eligible awards. Award winners are recognized at the College’s annual celebration, typically held in April.  The CLAS Faculty and Staff Awards are coordinated by CLAS Administrative Services. For questions or to submit a nomination, email [clas@uconn.edu](mailto:clas@uconn.edu).  ## CLAS Alumni Awards  The CLAS Alumni Awards celebrate graduates whose achievements reflect the value of a liberal arts and sciences education and demonstrate outstanding professional accomplishment, leadership, and service.  Faculty and staff are encouraged to nominate alumni from their departments and programs. The annual call for nominations is typically announced during the fall semester. Award winners are recognized at an event hosted on the Storrs campus, typically in April.  The awards are coordinated by the CLAS Office of Alumni Relations. For questions, contact the CLAS Alumni Relations team.  ## University Awards  Faculty and staff are also encouraged to nominate colleagues for University-wide awards and recognition programs.
