Find resources to help you promote your event across UConn, including submitting events to calendars, preparing event details, and following best practices for effective event communications.  ## Events Calendar  The [UConn Events Calendar](http://events.uconn.edu/) is the official resource for the UConn community to view and share events taking place across the University. Find more information on the [UConn events calendar knowledge base](https://kb.uconn.edu/space/IKB/10809901055/Events+Calendar).   ### Add Your Event to a UConn Calendar [Submit your event](https://events.uconn.edu/submit) for inclusion on the University's Events Calendar.  ### Submit a Calendar Admin Request  [Request to add an additional administrator](https://uconn.edu/events-calendar-admin-request/) to your unit's events calendar. Calendar administrators help manage event listings by reviewing and approving calendar submissions.  ## CLAS Dean's Event Request Form  Planning an event and want the dean to attend? [Submit the Dean’s Event Request Form](https://s.uconn.edu/clas-dean-event-request).   Requests must be submitted **at least four weeks before the event **to allow for proper scheduling and review. Requests submitted after this window may not be considered for speaking engagements.  ## University Communications Event Promotion Request  If you have an event or program you’d like to promote on UConn’s social media accounts, please [submit the event request form.](https://uconnucomm.wufoo.com/forms/event-promotioncoverage-request)   Due to the high volume of requests, University Communications may not be able to highlight every event.
